Recently, the company's III-V compound semiconductor laser chip epitaxial material growth key technology development project (hereinafter referred to as the epitaxial project) has achieved outstanding results in the second round of the "Maker China" Xi'an Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Regional Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Maker China" Xi'an Regional Competition), and won the honorary certificate of the top 30 enterprises issued by the Organizing Committee of the "Maker China" Xi'an Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Regional Competition in Shaanxi Province.
The Maker China Xi'an Regional Competition is sponsored by Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Finance. Under the guidance of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, it is a competition to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises in Xi'an.
The company participated in the competition with the extension project of the key research and development project in 2022. Focusing on the key links of the epitaxial production technology and the related process flow, the project plans to optimize the technical parameters of MOCVD and related production equipment through trial production, so as to achieve independent production of epitaxial materials and meet the company's needs for research, development and production of laser chips. The project team of the company had in-depth communication with the judges of the competition and disclosed the latest progress of the company's technology, attracting a large number of customers and investors.
In the future, the company will continue to devote itself to the research and production of high-power semiconductor laser chip products, break the monopoly of foreign products and technologies, achieve independent research and development and batch production of high-power semiconductor laser chips, and improve the overall technical level of China's laser chips and laser industry.
